The doorbell rang. "I'll get it!" I yelled, running down the stairs. Well more like sliding. I fixed my hair when I got to the door, looked through the peep hole and opened it! I figured I'd be cultural and say this. "Bonjour!" I said. She smiled thankfully. "Bonjour!" She said in return. I smiled back. I took one of her bags and showed her into her room. "Thank you for being so welcoming." She said. She spoke english almost perfectly. She barely had a French accent. I left her to herself as she unpacked. Then she knocked on my bedroom door. "Come in!" I said. Not caring who it was. "Um...Shaeleigh-is it?" She asked. "Yeah, what's up?" I aksed. "You never showed me to your restroom." She pointed out to me. "Oh, my bad. Follow me." I Said as I walked out of the room and down the hall. Made a left turn and pointed the bathroom to her. Then I looked at a picture. It was me and Ariel when we were babies. But as I continued to stare I saw me disappear. I rubbed my eyes. I still wasn't there. "Mom dad!" I yelled. I ran and met them at the door. I made them follow me to the picture. "My picture! It-" I saw that I was there again. "It...reminds me of when I was a baby...I just wanted to show that to you." I said. My parents weren't mad. To my surprise they were happy. I ran back to my room. "Ariel I'm not crazy right?" I asked. "Depends. Give me a situation..." She said grinning. "I'm serious!" I said
"And I am too...I'm ready to tell you if you are crazy or not."
"Well I was in the hall looking at baby pic-"
"Yes your crazy."
"ARIEL! I'm serious about this! Listen...Please..."
"Ok...Fine...I'm listening."
"Well, When I was looking at the baby photos...my picture...Of me..disappeared."
"Well Let me take a look."
She got up and ran to the end of the hall. We looked at the pictures. This time both of our pictures disappeared. "Ok...your not crazy..." Ariel whispered in shock. "We should tell mom and dad." She suggested. "I already tried that. But when I came back the pictures reappeared!" I said. "What are we gonna do?!" Asked Ariel.
